The mattress was comfortable. The service was great. I loved it when I could have new towels, water and toiletries everyday without disturbing. The staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in the nature and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. We could just walk along the creek, had a cup of coffee and fresh bread at a cafè nearby. There is a great restaurant called Masaru-mura. It's just 5 mins walk. They have grilled meat, fresh seafood and many more things to enjoy and we tried them and they were extreamly good. Overall, we enjoyed staying here so much.

This is a very relaxing natural Onsen hotel. It is a place where you can leave your worries behind and enjoy the quietness and relaxing atmosphere with everything catered for. Room was large, dinner sumptuous, good selection of buffet spread for breakfast, daily piano recitals in the lobby in the evenings and most of all the relaxing outdoor Onsen.

We really enjoyed staying here. The onsen was great and the room was large. We could walk to the ski field and some of the restaurants nearby.

Quiet place in a remote area of the town. There is a bus can ride to town center according to schedule.

Very comfortable room, and excellent onsen with a relaxing outdoor hot spring. The live evening grand piano performance in the lobby was quite enjoyable

- The onsen was amazing!!!!! - The staff was super super friendly and very professional. - Breakfast was very nice, a lot of variety. - The piano concert at the reception was beautiful. - I shortened my stay with 1 day and they gave me a refund. - The rooms where very spacious and silent.

The onsen was really nice. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor onsen in the hotel - what can be more lovely to enjoy the onsen while staring the stars! The hotel is also very close to the Asari Ski Resort, which makes the hotel a perfect place for ski lovers.
